ZISU Held the Internship & Employment Job Fair for 2016 Graduates

ZISU held the internship & employment job fair for 2016 graduates at Wensan Campus and Xiaoheshan Campus on Nov.14.
There are five features for this job fair. First, it is the first time for a job fair to be held at both campuses simultaneously and the first job fair to include a session for normal students. Second, this job fair is carefully organized and classified. The participated companies and units are classified into 10 categories: session for normal student, foreign trade enterprises, industrial enterprises, E-business enterprises, financial investment enterprises, electronic information enterprises, cultural originality enterprises, travel and hotel enterprises, education and training enterprises. It made the graduates easier to match their target positions. Third, the size is bigger. A total of 20 bureaus of education and elementary & middle schools, and 252 enterprises participated in the job fair, providing more than 9800 jobs and 5550 internships. The participation units and enterprises are two times compared with previous year. Four, the quality of participating enterprises are improving steadily. More than 40 high-quality and large-scale enterprises attended this years’ job fair, such as Wahaha Group, State Street Corporation, Xiamen Air, Zhejiang Panshi Information Technology Co., Ltd and Zhejiang Online. Five, this job fair is combined with various promotion modes, such as small-scale job fair, career talk, interview and written examination. Three Career talks, one small-scale job fair, four interviews and written examinations were conducted during this job fair.
It is accounted that a total of 2000 students, including the foreign students from College of International Education, participated in this job fair. During the job fair, 196 valid questionnaires were gathered from participating units and enterprises, 1567 resumes have been received, 356 students reached an intention, and 115 of them could sign a contract.
This job fair was strongly supported by Zhejiang Talents Market, Zhejiang Commercial Human Resources Exchange & Service Center, Hangzhou Bureau of Human resources, Hangzhou Jiancai Technology Co., Ltd and Yiwu International Trade City. The relevant departments of ZISU also cooperated actively, providing various conveniences. Related directors from every college, counselors and class advisers also went to the job fair to recommend outstanding graduates to the participating enterprises and units.
