The 10th Zhejiang College English Speech Contest & Zhejiang Provincial Finals of 2015 "FLTRP Cup" National English Speech Contest was held in Hangzhou University of Electronic Science and Technology from Oct 31 to Nov 1. Under the guidance of instructor Lou Ling from School of English Studies, He Qixin from ZISU English Speech team won the championship and the first prize with the good result of highest score. Shi Hancheng and Ye Xiao won the first and second prize respectively. At the same time, as the representative of Zhejiang Province, He Qixin will compete in the finals of 2015 "FLTRP Cup" National English Speech Contest together with two students from Zhejiang University and Hangzhou University of  Electronic Science and Technology.
It is reported that ZISU English speech team has participated in this event for many years, and won good result of first prize in recent three years, which ranked in the forefront among universities and colleges of Zhejiang Province. This contest is hosted by Department of Education of Zhejiang Province, jointly undertaken by Foreign Languages and Literature majors teaching and guidance committee of universities and colleges in Zhejiang, College English teaching and research association of Zhejiang Province and Zhejiang University, a total of 151 contestants from more than 50 universities participated in this contest.
