On the eve of National Day, ZISU held the 2016 new staff reception ceremony themed with "ZISU●Home●Dream”. Xuan Yong, the Party secretary, and president Hong Gang, had a discussion with the new staff over the theme.

Xuan extended a warm welcome to the elites who joined ZISU this year. He expressed the expectation that new teachers should have a deep passion for jobs and a loving heart for students and academics; living in our campus they should teach at ease with grace, calm and no fickleness or utilitarianism. He hoped that administrators and tutors could enjoy thinking and learning for practice, be dedicated and adventurous at the post, and could provide quality service for faculties and students all along with strong sense of responsibilities and enthusiasm.

Xuan pointed out that ZISU would pay due attention to staff’s work, daily life, study as well as personal development and would also do more practical works to create an atmosphere of caring and supporting teachers’ career.

Hong expressed that it came to the sixty-first year since ZISU was established on which teachers and students would sail again and embark on a new journey of internationalization. The arrival of our new staff would bring fresh blood and boundless possibility for the development of ZISU.

During the reception, new staff painted out their impression of ZISU and the prospect of their lives living here. They all said that they felt the warmth of home and hoped to fulfill their potential on the job to contribute their wisdom and strength to the development of ZISU.
