Recently, ZISU held 2015 apprentice conference for new teachers with the theme of “Deliver Gratitude Inherit Culture”. Vice President Cao Renqing attended the apprentice conference. Twenty supervisors and 24 new teachers have formed into pairs.
 

In the apprentice conference, Cao Renqing said that the formation of pairs can give full play to the backbone teachers to exert their leading influence, it is an important measure to help inherit campus culture, and also an important way to boost the healthy growth of young teachers. He asked the supervisors to be noble in thoughts and behaviors and to propagate the doctrine, impart professional knowledge, and resolve doubts for new teachers and help them to overcome difficulties and confusion in working, learning, life and thoughts. New teachers should learn to behave and to get along with others. They should set education as their fundamental task, explore teaching skills, and handle the relationship between leaders, colleagues and students with an attitude of gratitude and inclusiveness.

The director of Department of Human Resources conducted a detailed interpretation of the young teacher apprentice system, and read the name list of supervisors-apprentice pair of this year. Wu Wei, representative of the supervisor, Yang Jiong, representative of teachers who entered in 2014, and Qu Zhen, representative of the new teachers, made their speeches respectively.

Finally, the new teachers offered up a cup of tea to their supervisors, and supervisors wrote sincere messages on the bookmarks as gifts to new teachers.
