In order to implement Zhejiang Educational
Department’s suggestion of popularizing “one-stop” student affairs center and
enhancing university’s services to students, and try to make students run as
few as possible, visit as few departments and clerks as possible, ZISU service
hall for students affairs is built and is under trial run at 2nd floor of art
building B on Xiaoheshan Campus recently.
ZISU service hall for student affairs
sticks to the principle of “convenient, effective, high quality, enthusiastic”
and tries its best to create an opening, relaxing service environment, and
receive students’ consultation, booking and application in a face-to-face
service mode. At present, simple matters could be handled while some matters
could be consulted within the service hall. At the same time, Department of
Student Affairs set special work-study positions, enrolled and trained more
than 20 students to take part in affairs in the service hall.
It is reported that resident departments in
the service hall include Department of Student Affairs, Office of Academic
Affairs, Department of Finance& Accounting, Security Department and
Logistics Service Center; the non-resident departments in service hall include
Organization Department and Youth League Committee. The services provided
include student daily management, teaching administration, financial affairs,
security and household administration, logistic support and transition of Party
and League relations. At the same time, service hall also opens on-line service
channel. Students could inquire process, related departments, information of
related clerks of certain affairs, and apply scholarship, identify poverty, do
occupation career planning evaluation, assess psychological condition and
receive “one-stop” employment service all through a “one-stop” online platform.
