Delegation from University of Wisconsin Visited ZISU


On the morning of April 15, Hong Gong, president of ZISU, had an interview with a delegation headed by professor Fernando Dai Erjia, head of Teaching Affairs, from River City Campus,University of Wisconsin.


 Hong Gong, on behalf of ZISU, showed to the party his appreciation for the meticulous arrangements and utmost hospitality given to the 22 normal students from ZISU in the United States, and in the meanwhile he thought highly of the positive role played by American students on campus. Hong said that ZISU treasured the friendship with River City Campus, University of Wisconsin and was willing to make a positive attempt in terms of the promotion of further development in bilateral cooperation. And during the interview, Professor Fernando Dai Erjia reviewed, in a happy mood, the bilateral exchanges and cooperation in the past more than 30 years, spoke highly of the practical significance and the far-reaching impact of the "Experiencing China Project" and the "Joint Project for the Cultivation of Normal Students", and exchanged views on how to improve and expand the projects.


 After the interview, Fernando also had an in-depth discussion with those in charge of College of Education Science in terms of the further development of the joint projects for normal students.


The Wisconsin delegation consists of administrators and professor representatives from River City campus, University of Wisconsin, and the director of International Department of Stephens Campus, University of Wisconsin.This exchange aims to evaluate systematically and objectively the purpose,procedure, effectiveness, and impact of "Experiencing China Project" through a field research, with a view to provide comments and suggestions for the implementation and improvement of the project.
